Litzy Serna

Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Coming from a nontraditional path, she relied on discipline, curiosity, and consistency to reach the professional level—earning a spot with one of Mexico’s biggest clubs, Chivas Femenil, and later Atlas Femenil. Much of her development came through self-directed training, learning how to program, recover, and adapt long before coaching became her profession.

Her coaching approach reflects that journey: simple, effective, evidence-based training that builds real athleticism—strength, speed, movement quality, and long-term durability. She understands what it’s like to feel lost in your development, to lack guidance, or to not know what to work on. Because of that, she coaches with a balance of structure, patience, and accountability.

Whether you’re a competitive athlete, a former athlete returning to training, or someone who wants to move, feel, and perform like an athlete, Litzy helps you build confidence through progressive strength, controlled movement, and purposeful work. She believes in meeting every athlete where they are and teaching a mindset centered around trusting the process—one session at a time.
